OUR THERAPISTS

Annami Havenga

Annami believes in empowering her clients, equipping them with the tools and knowledge they need to take ownership of their health and make sustainable changes.

With a degree in Physiotherapy earned in 2011 in South Africa, Annami has spent over a decade honing her skills across a variety of settings – from hospitals to sports clinics – delivering expert care to people from all walks of life. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about holistic care and is deeply committed to helping individuals not only reach but exceed their health and wellness goals

She uses a combination of hands-on physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation, and strength work to achieve real, lasting outcomes for clients. Over the years, she has continually upskilled herself by completing extra courses in areas like Dry Needling, MDT (Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment), and the Mulligan Concept, all of which help to offer a comprehensive approach to treatment.

She is driven by the desire to see people thrive, recover, and live their best lives.

A passionate sports enthusiast, Annami is an avid hockey player herself and has proudly represented New Zealand Masters for the past three years. When she’s not helping others, you’ll find her exploring the world – having travelled to over 40 countries and counting – fuelling her love for adventure and discovery.

Annami has a soft spot for hockey players (of course!) and runners, as she understands the demands these sports place on the body. So, whether you’re recovering from an injury or just looking to improve your performance, she can provide the right guidance and support.
