Laura Coles is a qualified massage therapist with 5 years of experience in London, working in diverse settings from yoga retreats to clinics. She’s passionate about helping people feel their best.
During her time in the UK, Laura developed a deep appreciation for how massage can support both physical and mental wellbeing. Laura worked with clients seeking relief from stress and tension, athletes recovering from injury, and everyday people simply wanting to feel more at ease in their bodies. Laura brings that same commitment to care and professional skill to every session.
In 2022 Laura moved back home to New Zealand where she now continues her practice with a focus on personalised, results driven massage therapy. Laura believes everybody is unique and tailors each treatment to suit your individual needs – whether you’re looking to reduce muscular pain, improve mobility, recover from a workout or simply unwind.
In addition to massage Laura offers dry cupping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) as part of her treatments. Both are powerful tools that can enhance the therapeutic effects of massage. These techniques are particularly effective for clients dealing with chronic tension, sports injuries or postural issues.
Laura’s style blends a firm touch with a calming, intuitive approach. Whether you’re in for deep tissue work, cupping or a restorative session you will find a welcoming space where your body can relax and heal.
Outside of work Laura is normally hiking to DOC huts around the country, exploring new tracks and camping and out on her SUP board during the summer months. Laura is a big fan of sharing good food and great conversations with friends. Grateful to be back in Aotearoa doing what she loves Laura is looking forward to meeting you on the table – whether you’re a regular massage-goer or brand new to body work. Let’s work together to get you feeling your best.
