In our in-house gym setting we will focuses on improving strength, stability and movement patterns that are essential for daily activities or sports.
By this approach, we are trying to mimic real-life movements, targeting muscles and joints used during everyday tasks. The exercises often involve compound movements, balance, and coordination, using equipment like weights, resistance bands, and stability balls.
The goal is to enhance overall function, prevent injuries, and promote better movement mechanics, ensuring you can perform daily tasks with greater ease and strength.
